Retail Sales Associate (Full or Part Time)
Our store is in need of an accomplished Retail Sales Associate who finds motivation in working for generous commissions and who loves helping customers find their piece of paradise.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers when they walk through the door
- Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order
- Upsell extra items when appropriate
- Invite customers to search our website for coupons and other ways to save money
- Other responsibilities to be determined
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail sales experience (patio furniture preferred)
- High-energy, friendly personality
- Clear communication skills
- Basic addition and subtraction skills
- Willingness to become subject matter expert
