- When ordering certain merchandise from our internet store, there could be assembly on the part of the buyer required. Please inquire within an email if assembly could pose a problem for you, (if assembly is required).
- Ship times can vary greatly from merchandise to merchandise and from manufacturer to manufacturer. Stock merchandise can ship in 4 to 5 days whereas merchandise made especially for the buyer can take up to 10 weeks.

If you are ordering merchandise that will be manufactured especially for you and to your specifications and the ship time is important to your decision to order, then prior to ordering please request (by email) an approximate ship time. We will in turn contact the manufacturer and request their approximate and anticipated shipping time and reply to you.
Remember: ship time/date is different than the actual date you will receive your merchandise. Please refer to our shipping policy for complete details.
IMPORTANT: Once you have placed and paid for your custom special ordered merchandise, it cannot be canceled. The manufacturer has input it into their production cycle and will not accept a cancellation.
